As a registered Recruiter or Employer of PetroJobRecruit.co.uk, you will have access to candidates resident in UK as well as those outside the UK (non-UK Resident).

Recruiters and Employers can register with PetroJobRecruit.co.uk via the Login Area on the site main page. Select Recruiter or Employer and click on New User Registration to view and fill registration form. On completing the form, click on the Submit button. This will send your details to us for verification. If approved, you will receive the Login username and password by e-mail within 24 hours (this is our target time-scale, but it may take longer for Overseas (non-UK) employers or recruiters).

You may find the following guidelines useful for completing the new user registration form:-

Username: a valid email address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx, is required. It is advisable to select a generic e-mail address since this e-mail username cannot be changed later. Only one username will be assigned per Recruiter or Employer.

Password: Use upper and lower case characters, numbers and symbols like !"£$%^&

Company Trading Name: Type in the Name under which the company trades.

Company Registered Name: Type in the Name of the company as registered with Companies House and VAT authorities, including Ltd or Plc.

Address Line 1: Type in the number and street name (your main trading office address)

Address Line 2: Type in the Post Box Number, if applicable

Country: Select the Country (where the company has been registered and pays its VAT) from the drop-down menu.

(Overseas subsidiaries of UK Recruiters or Employers and of same trading name will come under registration of the UK parent. Overseas Recruiters or Employers with a UK registered subsidiary of the same trading name and operating in UK should choose UK as the country)

City/Town/Village: Type in the location of your business (main trading office)

Zip / Post Code: Type in the Post Code, Zip Code or Post Code (main trading office)

Telephone (1): Type in the land-line number with the country code as prefix (e.g. +44 (0) xx xxxx xxxx)

Telephone (2): Second land-line number, if available (country code as prefix)

Fax: Type in your company’s fax number (country code as prefix)

Website URL: Type in your company’s website address (e.g. http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx)

VAT Registration No.: Type in the Company VAT Registration number. This is important for EU registered Recruiters or Employers if they want to avail of 0% VAT. Those from UK can fill in the details voluntarily, and the rest (outside EU and UK) may choose to leave it blank.
