Site usage
Usage of this site by Candidates/Jobseekers and Recruiters/Employers should be in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the web site to copy, display, transmit or distribute any information which is offensive or obscene in nature. The information and services available on the site will are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment and for employers seeking to recruit employees. You may use, print and download information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose.
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, either by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Intellectual Property Rights
Except as permitted by applicable law, you will not copy, modify or recreate any part of the site i.e. PetroJobRecruit.co.uk. You agree to indemnify us against any liability that is a result of your negligence or failure to conform to the terms and conditions of the site.

We recognise and respect the privacy of Candidates/Jobseekers and Recruiters/Employers i.e. users of this site. PetroJobRecruit.co.uk does not collect personal information about users of the site unless it is provided voluntarily.
As a candidate, when you register with PetroJobRecruit.co.uk and upload your CV/Resume, we will make it available for viewing or downloading for recruiters/employers. You will have the option to decide whether you want to make your CV public for viewing or not. However, you can still login to the PetroJobRecruit.co.uk jobsite to apply for jobs or to receive job alerts. You can change the status of your CV to searchable for viewing anytime.
Recruiters/Employers can request your CVs via a CV search facility provided on the site, and your CV will be made available to them. These could be direct employers, employment agencies, employment businesses, search consultants or any other recruitment organisation.
We may collect and maintain statistics from the secured web servers hosting the site, and this may include details about your internet browser, IP address, DNS etc. This data enables us to track usage of the site and of particular sectors within the site and thereby improve the content / functionalities of the site.
PetroJobRecruit.co.uk respects European Union privacy and data-security regulations and we have to inform you that we may use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data for marketing purposes, whether by post, telephone or electronic means. Candidate database
Database rights and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to Plax Ltd. As a recruiter/employer, you acknowledge that you do not have any rights to the database or its contents, and your use of the database complies with the statutory regulations in force from time to time.
Our obligation
We will endeavour to maintain the site in the best possible manner so as to ensure continuous availability, except for time taken for carrying out maintenance checks. We shall have no liability for any failures or for consequences due to interruptions or delays caused in accessing the site. We will have the express authority to alter the design or layout of the site at any time without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Termination
In the event of a reasonable cause to suspect breach of any of these conditions by you, PetroJobRecruit.co.uk and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. Upon any termination or expiration of this agreement, all licences and rights granted to either party hereunder by the other party shall immediately terminate as will all access granted by us to you with regards to all or any portion of the site.
Job posting by Recruiters/Employers
A job posted on PetroJobRecruit.co.uk will remain active for a maximum of 30 days. Any extension of this time will be decided by us as and when required without assigning any reasons thereof. Pricing for jobs postings will be made available to all registered recruiters/employers. Each job will be assigned a unique ID number. If a job is deleted and re-posted it will considered as a new job posting.
It shall be the responsibility of all employers, employment agencies or employment businesses to ensure that all job postings are within the framework of the statutory regulations.
Third party sites
Job postings by recruiters/employers on PetroJobRecruit.co.uk may appear on third party recruitment web-sites depending upon the agreement or arrangement between PetroJobRecruit.co.uk and such web-sites.
Payments
Candidates/Jobseekers do not have to make any payments to PetroJobRecruit.co.uk for using the services provided on this site. However, recruiters/employers have to make payments to advertise jobs online or access the Candidate/Jobseeker CVs. We accept payments by Credit Card on a world-wide basis.
Payments by Credit Card utilise Sage Pay’s secure transaction environment. Please visit www.sagepay.co.uk web site for more information.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law, for any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PetroJobRecruit.co.uk.
Disclaimer or Warranties and Limitation of Liability
